Orders will typically be processed within 1-4 business days and they will be mailed by air from Singapore via Singpost.
For international orders, please note that we will NOT be liable for any lost mail. As such, all international packages will be tracked by default to ensure that they reach you safely :)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our shop does NOT except returns or exchanges of products, unless the wrong product was sent. Refunds will not be given unless the item is damaged upon arrival. These issues will be addressed case-by-case, so please contact us immediately with proof.
